Terms of service
Last updated 22 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Rolebird, an app operated by Spyll. Using the app means you accept them.
What Rolebird does
You share a link to a job. Rolebird reads the posting, fills the application using information you have given it, asks you about anything it cannot work out, and — with your approval — submits it. It shows you a record of what was filed.
Your account
You need an email address you control, and you must be old enough to work in your country and at least 16. Keep access to that inbox: it is how you sign in.
You are responsible for what is submitted
Applications go out under your name. Rolebird builds them only from facts you have given it and will not invent an answer, but you are the person applying, and you are responsible for what is sent. Review anything you are unsure about before approving it.
You agree that the information you give Rolebird is true, and that it is yours to give. Do not use Rolebird to apply on someone else’s behalf without their permission, or to misrepresent your experience or eligibility to work.
Fair use
Rolebird files one application per job you choose. Do not use it, or try to make it work, as a tool for bulk or indiscriminate applications. Do not use it to break the terms of the sites it applies on, to harass anyone, or to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.
Paid plans
Some features need a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play, and Google’s terms govern payment, renewal and refunds. Cancel any time through the Play Store; you keep access until the period you have paid for ends. Prices can change with notice before the change takes effect.
What we do not promise
Rolebird does not promise you a job, an interview, or a reply. It does not control whether a posting is real, whether an employer responds, or how their systems treat an application. Application forms change, and one can occasionally fail or be filled imperfectly. The service is provided as is.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
You can stop using Rolebird and delete your account at any time — see deleting your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Rolebird after that means accepting the new version.
