Rolebird

You can delete your Rolebird account and everything stored with it. You do not need to give a reason, and nobody will email you to ask why.

From the app

  1. Open Rolebird and go to the Account tab.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. The account and its contents are removed straight away.

By email

If you have already uninstalled the app, send a message from the address you signed up with to luckysolanki902@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. We use the address you send from to identify the account, so it has to be the same one. Expect it to be done within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details
  • Your profile: name, contact details, work history, education and skills
  • Every document you uploaded or that Rolebird generated, including resumes and cover letters
  • Saved answers, including the sensitive ones such as salary and work authorisation
  • Your agents and their settings
  • Your applications, their records, and your conversations
  • Push notification tokens for your devices
  • Any Google account connection, and the access it granted

Backups containing deleted data roll off within 30 days.

What cannot be deleted

Applications already submitted to an employer are held by that employer, not by us. Deleting your Rolebird account does not withdraw them. To have an employer remove your application, contact that employer directly.

We also keep a minimal record of subscription transactions where tax and accounting law requires it. That record does not include your profile, your documents or your applications.

Deleting only part of it

You do not have to delete everything to remove something. Individual documents and agents can be deleted in the app while your account stays intact, and disconnecting your Google account revokes its access without touching anything else.
